Tailored Solutions

Provided the nbn with a data-led and early AI LLM solution to identify the data patterns and correlations that typically lead to network performance degradation or quality issues. In telco speak, we helped in the early days of predictive network assurance.

For a large Canadian PE firm, we supported their PortCo with the AI use cases that balanced cost efficiency & productivity with revenue growth by transitioning end customers to subscription revenues. This included measuring every customer with a score on their propensity for transition.

Impactful Results

For a start-up in the Blue Economy, we supported the new company on the use cases for prioritisation and submission for grants and funding. The use cases that were funded included: - smart feeding systems; - disease detection and health management; - fish biomass estimations; - water purity detection. This allowed the end customers, fish farmers, to optimise their farming practices and eliminate invasive chemical testing methods.

Separately for the Blue Economy ClimAccelerator, we have advised and mentored the entrepreneurs and start-ups across the Pacific Island nations to deliver on their ideas for sustainable maritime initiatives. We also act as a key conduit to investors and potential funders, we share our knowledge and methods to deliver on their vision of a sustainable blue economy.
