  1. Strategy to prioritisation: this important first step aligns the almost endless list of use cases back to your core business strategy and objectives. We care about two criteria: Viability (sustained benefit, revenue growth or cost outcomes) and Feasibility (investment required, ROI, delivery complexity)

  2. Service design to platform POC: the prioritised use cases are built out on POC or pilot platforms, using selected AI toolsets, ingested with your data, and iterated until the objectives are proven
